IONOCO LAUNCHES LIVE TV BROADCASTS OF ONLINE BLACKJACK FOR THE POKER CHANNEL
ionoco has developed and launched The Poker Channel’s new Casinojoy Blackjack service for television. This revolutionary format takes TV gaming to a new dimension – combining video and web technology to enable live 3D playout of selected games and tournaments from the website.
Built on ionologic, ionoco’s proprietary software engine, the automated 3D Blackjack playout system takes live game data from the website (www.casinojoy.com) and plays out selected games and tournaments on television, including ‘how to play’ interstitials, branding and other video content.
Through a complete 3D casino environment, viewers have the opportunity to watch players on the website participate in blackjack tournaments. The Poker Channel moves between tables to deliver the very best of the action and create a rich, real-time viewer experience
Simon Ingram, CEO of ionoco says: “We are delighted to be working with The Poker Channel to deliver a greatly enhanced televisual experience to this rapidly developing market and to have this opportunity to showcase the power of ionologic in this exciting TV genre”
