His systems have appeared in over 60 countries, 1000 shows, and 12,000 episodes including Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Weakest Link, Deal or No Deal and 1 v 100. He is a co-founder of ionoco and will be concentrating on bringing his and the company's considerable skills in the creative use of technology to our customers, especially at the development stage. |
| Simon IngramManaging Director Simon has worked as a television executive for over 15 years, most recently as a leading broadcast consultant advising on all aspects of launching and operating television channels and premium rate and interactive TV. He has launched 17 channels worldwide. He was previously Operations Director at Canis Media and before that worked as a light entertainment producer with Action Time, Ginger TV, Hat Trick, Celador and numerous others. He is a co-founder of ionoco and is responsible for day to day management, operational and commercial matters. |

| Nick WrenTechnical and Projects ManagerNick has worked in the television industry for 9 years. He started as a trainee operator and technician on shows such as Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Winning Lines & Catchphrase. He previously worked as an installations technician for a major UK legal firm. This involved travelling to solicitors' offices all around the UK installing computers systems and custom software applications. Nick is responsible for project managing all ionoco's jobs to completion. |

| Josh BurtTechnical AssistantJosh Burt, Apprentice Technical Assistant, is ionoco's newest - and youngest - recruit. Josh was selected to join the ionoco team as part of a City Training Southampton apprenticeship scheme, and intends to formalise and build on his training at college next year. When not indulging his interest in graphics and designing websites, Josh divides his time between his two other passions: music and rugby.

| Leah HendersonSales ManagerLeah joined ionoco after gaining a qualifying law degree (LLB) at As sales manager Leah is the often the first point of contact for all our clients and ensures that we respond to all enquiries effectively and professionally. When Leah isn't working she enjoys sport and looking after her pony Jacko. |

| Darren LinesHead of TechnologyDarren started his career in computing in the defence industry and then moved on to developing games and multimedia products on CD-ROM in the early nineties. After working for Pioneer in the early days of DVD creating video archiving solutions, he moved to G-Graphics, where, for the last five years, he has worked on various game show formats around the world including Power of 10 and Are you Smarter than a Ten Year Old. Darren now specialises in the development of the ionologic software technologies. |

| Will ArrowsmithHead of DevelopmentWill joined ionoco's development team in 2008 having attained a Batchelors degree in Computer Science from Bournemouth University. He then spent six years working as a Senior Developer in the retail sector, most recently with Torex. When he's not developing software and managing ionoco's development team, he enjoys working as a nightclub DJ and can be found on various clubs and stages around the south coast. |
| Dave BartonHead of SystemsDave has been developing commercial computer systems for over 18 years with 7 years experience of software for television at G-Graphics. As well as helping to develop the core infrastructure upon which most shows are based, he has developed, installed, operated and provided training for numerous game/quiz and lottery shows (both pre-recorded and live) in over 20 countries. Dave started his career in the utilities sector before working for blue-chip companies such as IBM and Legal & General. |
 | Soen TruemanDeveloperWith an interdisciplinary background in computer games, industrial automation, communications and user experience, Soen has a keen eye for design and detail in all areas of the project and product development lifecycle. At ionoco, he is responsible for designing and implementing ionoco's core gameshow projects and other new products, whilst implementing new development methodologies and techniques that ensure that ionoco remains at the cutting edge. |
 | David VearsDeveloperHaving previously worked in the global electronics test industry as a Product Specialist for automated optical inspection systems, David has recently changed his career path and is now working for ionoco as a software programmer developing a variety of innovative game show related applications. |
 | Holly CarterHead of Production, ionoco USAOriginally from Reno, Nevada, Holly graduated from UC Berkeley and then worked in I.T. and Graphic Design for 8 years in the San Francisco Bay area prior to moving to LA. She has installed, operated and managed many U.S. TV shows for ionoco including Deal or No Deal, 1v100, Dance Your Ass Off, 20Q and Pay it Off.

 | Stéphane Desbiensionoco Manager, FranceA native of Paris, Stéphane worked for G-Graphics for 17 years as an Operator & Project Manager. He has worked on numerous major TV game show formats including Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Weakest Link, Singing Bee and Power of Two. After travelling around the world to set up shows and train operators, Stéphane is now responsbile for managing and developing ionoco's business in France. |
